Due to food safety and health regulations, all food products, frozen meals, smoothie ingredients, supplements, and PowerPaws dog treats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale and clearance items are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@powersoulcafe.com with your order number and photos of the package and products. We will investigate the issue, including any damage that may have occurred during shipping, and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
